Laminar Air Flow (LAF) System
A laminar air flow system is a closed cabinet fitted with HEPA filtered air flow system. Here, laminar means unidirectional constant flow of air with almost no or minimal turbulence. It circulates clean air in parallel flowing planes in hospitals or other healthcare amenities. It protects the product from being polluted by engulfing the entire product in class 100 atmosphere. It is one of our finest clean room equipment which reduces the high risk in food preparation areas, hospital pharmacies, airborne pollution and exposure to chemical pollutants in surgical theatres, and laboratories.

Air Handling Unit for Modular Operation Theatre

Afromt HVAC System AHUs range from 2000 CFM to 20000 CFM. The base unit consists of fan section, coil section, filter section and mixing box.

Ducting & Insulation
Afromt HVAC System has in house manufacturing of pre-fabricated ducts. These ducts are fabricated on latest lock former machine and Bender. Duct will be fabricated and installed as per the SMACNA standard. Nitrile insulation foamed rubber designed to control condensation. It effectively prevents heat energy gain & loss.

When the human body is exposed to radiation rays it alters the everyday bodily functions. These rays cause harm on almost every part of our body . In hospitals there are rooms like radio therapy rooms and x-ray rooms which emit radiation rays. In order to protect both hospital employees and patients from unnecessary harmful rays, doors are designed with lead shielding of 2mm that helps in exposure of harmful rays beyond the room.
